1- Introduction
Welcome to URBIXX Hauling & Supply (“URBIXX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2- Services
URBIXX provides hauling, junk removal, debris cleanup, material delivery, and supply transport services. All services are subject to driver availability, weather conditions, and safety regulations.
URBIXX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3- Service Booking
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or through our mobile platform.
Confirmation of service is based on availability and approval by URBIXX.
You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, contact information, and service requirements.
4- Pricing & Payments
Prices are determined by load size, distance, type of materials, and service duration.
All quotes are estimates and may change if the actual load or conditions differ from the booking description.
Payment is due upon job completion, unless otherwise arranged by written agreement.
Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), Invoice, or approved digital transfers.
Unpaid invoices beyond the agreed payment term may incur late fees or collection costs.
5- Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule up to 2 hour before the scheduled pickup time without charge.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
URBIXX may cancel or reschedule services due to safety concerns, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
6- Customer Responsibilities
Ensure the pickup and drop-off areas are safe, accessible, and free from obstructions.
Disclose any hazardous materials, restricted items, or special handling requirements in advance.
Obtain any required permits or access permissions (e.g., property gates, loading zones).
URBIXX is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7- Prohibited Items
URBIXX does not transport or dispose of:
Hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, oils, fuel, etc.)
Explosives or flammable items
Medical or biological waste
Illegal substances or contraband
Any prohibited items discovered will result in service refusal and may incur an additional fee.
8- Liability
URBIXX and its employees are not liable for pre-existing property damage or damages resulting from unsafe site conditions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or third-party actions beyond our control.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
Customers must report any service-related issues within 24 hours of job completion.
9- Insurance
URBIXX Hauling & Supply maintains general liability insurance for operations. However, customers are encouraged to carry their own property or jobsite insurance if required by contract or project policy.
10- Ownership of Materials
Unless otherwise agreed, all hauled or removed materials become the property of URBIXX upon pickup. We reserve the right to recycle, donate, or dispose of items at our discretion in compliance with local laws.
11- Use of Website & Mobile App
By using the URBIXX platform, you agree to:
Use the site only for lawful purposes
Not engage in fraud, data scraping, or unauthorized access
Not post or transmit any harmful, misleading, or unlawful content
URBIXX reserves the right to block or terminate any user account for misuse.
12- Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, images, and written content on the URBIXX website and app are the intellectual property of URBIXX Hauling & Supply. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or materials without written permission.
13- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, URBIXX is not responsible for:
Loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect damages
Acts of third parties or subcontractors
Property loss caused by conditions outside our control
Your use of URBIXX services is at your own risk.
14- Changes to Terms
URBIXX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the latest Effective Date. Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of New York City.
